The problem with starting from the tool
Every week there’s a new model, a new agent framework, a new “AI-native” platform. It is genuinely hard to tell the difference between something that will save your team ten hours a week and something that will quietly cost you a quarter.
So we don’t start there. We start with where your business actually leaks time, money and attention — then work backwards to whether AI is the right instrument at all. Sometimes the honest answer is a better form, a fixed integration, or hiring one person. We’ll say so.
How the sprint runs
First quarter of the sprint — review. We meet the people doing the work, map the process and gather available evidence: volumes, cycle times, error rates and costs.
Second quarter — assess. We evaluate each opportunity for value, technical difficulty, data readiness and change requirements.
Second half — prioritise. You receive a sequenced roadmap, beginning with a bounded improvement targeted for delivery within two weeks where scope and dependencies permit. Exact dates are agreed in writing.
What you walk away with
A document you could hand to any competent engineering team, plus a shortlist of what we’d build first. There is no obligation to build it with us; you can take the roadmap in-house or ask us to help with implementation.
Who this is for
Teams somewhere between 10 and 500 people who know AI should be doing something for them, have a budget in mind, and want a defensible answer before they spend it.
