Implement and verify
Implementation is separately scoped and priced. We agree the changes, review progress with your team and test against defined acceptance criteria.
Handover and support
Receive the agreed documentation and training, with clear recovery steps and maintenance responsibilities. Ongoing support is optional and separately agreed.

How much does an engagement cost?
The Enquiry-to-CRM Automation Audit is available at an introductory fixed fee of £75. It is a read-only review of one agreed workflow, not an implementation package. Implementation, website development, ongoing support and provider charges are separately scoped and priced. Any applicable tax treatment is confirmed in your written quote before work begins.
Do we need clean data before we start?
No. Part of the audit is telling you which projects your current data can actually support and which need groundwork first. We would rather sequence around the mess than wait for a tidy-up that never finishes.
What happens to our data?
We agree where your data will live, which providers are involved, and who needs access before a build starts. We prefer your accounts and infrastructure where practical, and choose tools and access settings to fit the project. Tell us about data-protection or sector-specific requirements at the start so they can be addressed in the scope.
Will this replace people on our team?
That depends on how the project is designed. Our aim is to reduce repetitive work and keep people in control of important decisions. If headcount reduction is the objective, say so up front, because it changes how the project should be designed and communicated.
Can you work with our existing developers or agency?
Yes, and often that is the better arrangement. We can develop a specification for your team or build alongside them. You can take the roadmap in-house; there is no obligation to use us for implementation.
